Community Service Initiatives are deeply ingrained in our organization’s culture. Through a combination of in-kind donations and volunteer efforts, we actively contribute to a wide range of institutions and initiatives across Greece.
From supporting programs that enrich the lives of children to partnering with community organizations that empower young adults with disabilities and enhance the well-being of senior citizens, we are dedicated to making a meaningful and lasting contribution. Our members generously share their time, talents, and resources, fostering connections and strengthening the communities we serve.

The AWOG Heart Pillow Project
Inspired by a member's experience at a FAWCO conference, this initiative supports women battling breast cancer. It is a testament to our charitable character that has blossomed into a beacon of hope.
Every year we come together to make heart pillows that offer comfort and solace to those undergoing treatment. From 2007, AWOG has distributed over 10,000 heart pillows to patients in Greece. Learn more about this initiative here.
